Sahil is partner and co-founder of CPC Analytics. As a part of CPC Analytics, he has consulted a range of multilateral, bilateral and private sector organisations in Europe, Asia and Africa; and local and state governments in India. He has a PhD in Governance and Masters in Public Policy from the Hertie School, Berlin. Sahil's expertise lies in the fields of explainable AI, technology, public policy, governance and data analysis.
